Yazan tagged me on this so here we go:

10 years ago: Skinny 13 year old. 7th or 8th grader. Quite full of myself. Doing well at school. Had the biggest cat fight with my then best friend, never liked or trusted a redhead after that :p

5 years ago: 18 years old. 1st year English Literature student. Recovering from the Baccaloria nightmare. Met one of my two best friends. Feeling a bit lost and overwhelmed by the masses of students at Damascus University. Enjoying my new found freedom.

1 year ago: Graduated from University. First trip to the U.S, had a great time there. Feeling confused about what to do next (work or study some more?, I ended up studying some more), went through some serious religious issues. Discovered my love of discovering new places.

Tomorrow: Work :( And hope it brings everything good to all whom I care about.

5 snacks I enjoy: Chocolate, Chips, Candy, Salads(think Caesar), and fruit.

5 bands/artists that I know the lyrics to most of their songs: Beatles, Abba, Kulna Sawa, Queen and Dalida.

5 things I'd do with $100,000,000: hmm...well I would give half of it to charity /build a charitable organization/help underprivileged kids get a decent education, put half of the rest in the bank at the disposal of my family, and keep the other half for myself.

5 locations I'd like to run away to: Switzerland, Morocco, England, India, and France.

5 bad habits I have: I'm messy, my sharp tongue, not getting enough sleep, I'm sometimes too nice for my own good, and worrying too much.

5 things I like doing: Listen to music, hanging out with my friends, playing computer games, going out, reading, and surfing the net.

5 thing I will never wear: Platforms, Plastic hoop earrings, any color that isn't found in nature(think neon green and pink), big gold jewelry, and a silly hat with feathers.

5 TV shows I like: The Amazing Race, Friends, Frasier, Gilmore Girls and Crossing Jordan.

5 movies I like: Life is beautiful, Harry potter movies, Lord of the Rings movies, City of Angels, and Sense and Sensibility.

5 people I'd like to meet: J.K Rowling, Oprah Winfrey, my unborn nephew ...uh can't think of another two right now.

5 biggest joys at the moment: Photography, my new found hobby, Hanging out with my friends, Going back to doing my artwork, Meeting new people at work, The prospect of having my braces taken off :D

Dina,
That was great, I got to know you a little better.

Wow Wow Wow ... so noble of you to have that organization.. but can i join it since most of syrian educated people havent got the right decent education ;)

I'm like you in worrying thing..it's bad habit!

Sorry that Canada didn't make your list. We have such a beautiful ( and BIG) country.

All the best on your new endeavours!

Regards
Greg

I love readheads :D

Religion could be the source of all troubles, or could be our only shelter to escape to when we face troubles, it's up to us to see it the way we want! Hope your serious religious issues vanished with no side effects at all :)

wallah everyone's trying to be perfect on the net, Dina, and me are planning to spend half of the money on humanitarian issues!
ehh....

No one: You're welcome :)

Zena: Thanks Zena, I enjoyed reading more about you as well :)

Iyad:Once I open such an organization I'll put you head of it, how about that?

Zaid: Tell me about it!

Firedawg: I'll add Canada to my list, thanks for dropping by :)

Ihsan: ahem! I still maintaine my dislike for redheads ;) As for religion, I agree with what you said, and I have dealt with most of the things that bugged me back then.

Amr: Shayef ya Amr? We're kunuz watanieh and ma7ada darian fina! :P

You know? What your wrote is quite interesting... Got to know you a little better. I'm surprised you say you're messy. You can't be as messy as me, honestly. :P

Life goes gone and I'm sure there is a lot more we all are going to experience. :D

Sara: Thanks for dropping by...and believe me when i say I'm MESSY.

I think if I meet JKRowling I might just have teary eyes and say "why did you kill him ??" but it'd me great.
so nice to meet you Dina.. :)

Nisreen: I would probably tell her the same and then ask her to write a sequel.
It was great meeting you too :)
